Delivery within Australia is available via Standard or Express Post shipping.

Delivery estimates are in no way a guaranteed delivery date. Once orders are picked up by our courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances with the delivery carrier, incorrect/undeliverable shipping addresses, weather and other natural causes, or other factors outside our control.
All deliveries will require a signature unless you provide Authority To Leave (ATL) during checkout.
If at checkout you select 'Authority to Leave' for your parcel, a signature will not be required on delivery and your package will be left in a suitable place at your delivery address if you're not home. Please note we will not be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of selecting Authority To Leave. If the delivery driver cannot identify a suitable/safe place to leave your package and deems the goods will not be secure if left, your package will be delivered to the closest collection point and a card will be left.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Subject to our Returns Policy, delivery charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Pawmanity currently only ships to Australia and New Zealand.
All duty and taxes (where applicable) are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of shipment.
