Your satisfaction is guaranteed so if you receive an item and you are not completely happy with it, submit a return request within 30 days of receipt of the product via our easy returns portal:

All returned products must be in new, resaleable condition free of dog hair, odour, damage or signs of usage and in its original packaging with all included materials. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a refusal.
To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like.
Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Your return will be credited to your credit card and your new order will be charged to your credit card.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please submit a return request or email us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible!
If the item is deemed to be faulty or damaged we will replace it in the first instance or we may issue you with a refund of the purchase price and original postage charges in exchange for the faulty or damaged merchandise.Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits given to you under this satisfaction return process are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.
Items purchased via www.pawmanity.com.au must be returned to the address specified in the return approval email. They cannot be exchanged by or returned to any of our authorised retailers.
Items not purchased from the Pawmanity Website must be returned to the original place of purchase. If you are unable to return an item at the original place of purchase, please provide the details of the issue as well as a photo showing the defective issue. Send to: email@example.com
Online Return Postage
If you need to return an item purchased online via post, we recommend posting using a tracked service to ensure it is received in a timely and secure manner.
Products being returned to our online store must meet the online return requirements and be packaged appropriately.
We are unable to refund the original postage paid for change of mind or exchange returns.
We are not responsible for items returned to us that are lost in transit or for any return postage charges incurred.
Paypal Free Return Postage
PayPal will refund your return shipping costs on eligible purchases with PayPal Refunded Returns. The Service is available at no additional cost to PayPal account holders who have registered for it at www.paypal.com.au/returns.
